在我们精明的政府领导之下,我们马来西亚的Post Malaysia邮费突然暴涨了超过100%+++ ,西马以内的邮费最低从原来的RM2.50变成现在的RM7,东马的从本来的RM5.50变成RM10以上。。。再加上20%的什么加什么税。。。真的是厉害啊!所以在这个领导之下,本小店就没办法给于东马顾客RM100免邮费,

  • 付款的时候,请大家跟着订单里面的总数汇款,如果订单金额是RM100.50,也请你汇款RM100.50,不要自行除零(意思是自己把RM0.50扣除)。如果你是使用cash deposit machine汇款的话,可以汇RM105 或者是RM110,多的余额我们会退款在您的网站帐号,如果需要的话我们也可以退款到您的银行帐号的。因为我们网站已经提供了很多优惠的活动和价格,所以请大家体谅的。~~(真的逼不得已的时候比如cash deposit也请先联系店主,要求优惠,不要没有通知就自行删除,有些更加过分的顾客,Online Transfer 也自己除零的哦!)为了避免到时我们因为没有收到您的正确汇款而没有确认付款导致缺货,或者迟迟没有发货,请大家合作哦!(2010年1月3日新加)

   

优惠品或是赠品请美眉们记得在购物车底部将你要购买的特惠品或者是赠品打上勾,然后按加入购物车以便加入订单,结算之前请确认您要的赠品/特惠品已经在您的购物车里面。提交了订单以后,也请登入回你的订单再次查看你的订单有没有什么问题,因为不同的游览器有时候会出现不同的问题。如有疑问应该第一时间联系我们。

 所有护肤品和彩妆保正正品但不保证效果!护肤品有个体差异,张三用了是灵药,李四用了如用毒药都很正常,不接受 “用了皮肤过敏”“不喜欢”“不适合我”的退货要求!产品效果存在个人差异,一样产品,A一周有效,B要一个月才有效,C可能完全无效,这是医学常识。

 

 因为产品太多了,遇到mm们付了钱,但是临时缺货的,我们会第一时间退款的!也请mm们体谅我们!请不要责怪我们为什么不留货给您们!我们不是圣人!

六,签收包裹时,请记得当场检查商品,如果发现数量不对,请拒绝签收,退还给快递,或者是立刻与店主电话联系,如果签收了包裹,没有在当天联系我们,日后给与的种种原因如:不是我自己签收的,家人带签收的我出国了,刚刚回来;这些原因是不会被接受的。我们的手机号码是0122382660。

 

购买了产品的mm,请尽快付钱,本店先到先得!越迟付钱,越有可能缺货!还有请想好才下单,不要付了钱以后又说要加东西,有时候员工已经尽快替您安排包装准备发货,但是因为您要加东西,他们又得从新包货,多累人啊!请为为他人着想,所以我们不接受付款订单补加商品。(23/2/09 蓝色新更改)我们网站系统可以自己修改添加商品。凡是客服帮您添加产品后,请务必自己再检查一次自己的订单是否正确!

 

 

 

  • 由于本店系统已经升级,与其他网店不同,订单再未确认付款的时候是可以修改的,确认了你的订单以后就不能够做修改了。所以美眉们请记得下了订单以后,如果没有想要再做任何修改的话,就留言给我们替你确认订单。请记得哦,不要苦苦的等待等到商品都缺货了然后来向我们询问为什么还没有确认你的订单,然后责怪我们没有替你确认订单,导致你的订单商品都缺货了。确认了订单以后也麻烦您尽快汇款,以避免缺货问题的。
  • 本店的系统打包订单是根据顾客们的付款时间来整理订单的,而不是跟着您下订单的时间来整理订单。所以请在下了订单以后尽快汇款,以避免缺货问题的。本店库存也是将近99%正确的,但是我们有超过1000种不同的商品,有时候库存有错误,也请大家谅解。如果出现缺货的状况,本店客服会在第一时间通知你的关于缺货的商品,请不要一再而再的为难客服,说你们下单的时候还有货的,还是付款的时候还有货的等等。。我们对每个顾客都是一样的,商品是跟着订单分配的,我们也不可能有钱不要赚,特地不要卖给你的呢!

进钱后,请一定要通知我们,网站留言或者sms0122382660(请说明姓名,在哪里下单的),不接受e-mail通知汇款,因为有时候电邮会延迟几天才收到的。

不接受sms下单,也不接受sms询问产品,因为真的很忙,没有时间回复,请见谅。

 

 

九,关于遇上有瑕疵的商品,如果那些瑕疵是没有影响到商品的运作,比如有点肮脏,或者是脱了一点线,希望大家能够体谅,我们也不是故意把肮脏的东西寄给你们的,有时候上千样商品,我们肯定是无法一个个打开,一个个检查的,有些密封的商品如果我们打开检查,顾客就会说是旧得。不能够接受商品有瑕疵的美眉请你们轻轻飘过,就当没看见我店!!如果是剩下最后一个我们是发现有问题的,但是顾客也不介意,我们也是会卖出的,但是事先我们一定会电话你们,跟你们说明,很高兴一直以来有些顾客非常的明白事理,非常高兴这么长时间来你们的支持,谢谢!(23/2/09 新添加)

 

十,同样也是关于收到的商品问题。如果收到的商品出现问题,请你们第一时间把图片拍下,问题严重的话我们会负责的,如果是我们的问题而寄错商品给你们,来回邮费我们是会负责的,但是如果是因为你们忘了注明而我们随机发货,到时候你还是可以退换,不过来回的邮费自付。请你们在收到包裹的时候先检查东西都是对的,不要把密封的包装打开来以后才跟我们说寄错了,要退还,很抱歉,我们将不负责尤其是护肤品或化妆品,成本太高了,我们不能够说赔就赔。曾经遇过有顾客打开来用了以后发觉不适合,就说收到商品的时候是已经被打开过的,要求退还。有些甚至说寄回来退钱就好了,那不是摆明知道不适合自己用,所以说不用换了吗?请相信我们不会特地把商品打开试用,然后又在当是新的发给你们,我们有的是货,要用的话我们也付得起,不会做这样的事的。当然也有可能是商品从供应商那边来的时候就已经有问题,但是护肤品我们也不好每一个都打开来检查,因为通常都是已经贴上防伪标签,打开来也会被顾客说是旧的或者说是假货。不过这样的事情会发生的机率可能是0.01%而已。网购的确实有一定的风险的,真的不能够接受以上我们所列出来的种种可能性的买家们,记得千万不要下单哦!只是希望我们买卖家双方需要保持一定的合作,了解。我们要细心,你们也要小心,那大家就能够安心。(23/2/09 新添加)

 

 

十一,付款后的订单是不能再做任何修改,包括添加商品!不是有钱我们不想赚,是真的难为了我们的包货工作人员!而且非常容易弄错包裹。请大家见谅!以下是我们一天的发货量。您试想下,如果您要加东西,我们的包货工作人员要从这一堆包裹里找出您的包裹,很不容易的。请大家见谅呢!

 

十二。请尊重我们网店的评论,谢绝没有购买过的产品的用户随意评论商品。您在其它地方购买的商品,如对商品有疑问请去您购买的地方询问。我们cutetygirl只对在本网站购买此商品的顾客做出回复。还有,我们好坏评论都是显示的,但是如故意捣乱的评论,我们将直接删除。且此会员以后我们拒绝进行任何交易。

 

 

*本卖场每一个订单的最低提交款额是RM10,请自己留意。我们每一个包裹的运费至少是RM5.20 ,才收你们RM5的运费,都是要自己补贴的,如果你们才下一个RM2的订单,那我们不就是要亏钱了哦!

 

 

**退款说明(新15/4/2009)

5月1日开始,所有余额退款/缺货退款将会自动退到可爱女人的帐号,我们也会在订单上注明退款到网站账号,如果亲们要我们把余额退回到您的银行帐号,你们可以发短讯联系我们,给我们以下的资料

这样做的原因是有几个的,其中原因是因为我们要做Income Tax,需要有明确的退款记录。还有由于很多时候我们电话买家,十之八九的都不接电话,导致我们发货速度减慢,也造成迟迟不能发货的订单堆积如山。所以只好实行这样的方法。希望亲们多多留意。(请大家记得把我们我联系电话save起来,至少看到missed call打回来联系我们。)

 

 

 

 

 

运输说明: 

本店是卖现货只要没有缺货的,付钱后,我们两日内发货。

1、skynet快递收费:

 西马正常不论买多少rm5(批发的除外哦)有时系统显示您的邮费不是rm5, 不要担心,请留言,我们会帮mm们修改邮费的!

 

 东马rm8 500g 接下来是每500g RM8 (过重的话我们在包了包裹以后会通知你们的。)寄去东马的邮费真的很贵,如果mm买重东西建议mm选择pos malaysia (一周时间到)非常经济实惠哦!

 

大家可以登陆 www.skynet.com.my  查看您的单号!发货后,晚上8点左右,skynet 才会输入电脑,系统才显示出的

1)        Cutetygirl ensure 100% real skincare product only. Do not buy if in doubt. Product are refundable if skincare items sold by Cutetygirl are proved fake. Our  skincare products are getting more and more, we are not able to try out every product. Please don't blamed us on that :

 

 

2)        Favorable policies is offered for Cutetygirl customer . Please visit   http://www.cutetygirl.com/article.php?id=11  for more details.Please make FULL payment so we can proceed your order. Balance can refund to Cutetygirl or bank account . Please add in freebies or promotional item into your shopping cart before submit your order. 3)Sincerelity is our main concern in business. For those who have no confident with online purchase, please do not buy, as we have no time to reply all this question.

 

 

4) We only ensure that all the skin care are 100% real, but we are not ensure for the results(effects). Please be aware of your own skin allergies and sensitivity before buying. We will not take responsibility and complains should the product cause you allergies and discomfort.

 

5)  Stocks might out of stock even you had make payment.. Our sincere apology should such scenario arise and cause you inconvenience. We will give option either exchange product or refund.

 

 

6) Kindly remind that customer/people who receive parcel on behalf MUST check goods condition before sign for parcel. Please refuse to sign, returned to courier service and contact us immediately at 012-2382660 if quantity or items received differently from what you had ordered. Otherwise return should not be accepted.

 

7)  First Pay First Serve. Please make payment as soon as possible after place order to avoid product out of stock. Cutetygirl do not reserve any order and product.

 

*** Cutetygirl had upgrade our  system.  Customer can self-modify their purchase order as long as the order not been confirmed by Cutetygirl admin. Therefore, please inform us to confirm your order once you had sure with your order. Once order confirmed, please make payment asap to avoid shortage problem

Cutetygirl new system enable us to prepare customer order according time of payment made rather than time of order placed. We are strive to make sure accuracy of our inventory system. However, we encounter system problem occasionally due to we have more than 1000 kinds of product.  In that circumstances, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible once prepare your order. We are sincerely apologize for any inconvenience brought to you. Cutetygirl are strive to treat every customer fair and as important.

 The following figures show how our back end system print out order according time of payment made.

 

 

 

 

 8) MUST notify us on the same date you make payment through sms 012-2382660 or leave message on website. We do not accept notification through email. If we do not receive your notification within 2 days, the money will be confiscated. Do remember to keep the bank slip too for later references.

 

 

9) On the case of defective goods, if those defects does not affect the functionality of goods such as a little dirty or a bit off line. In that circumstances, we sincerely hope for customer understanding that there is some limitation such as unability to check every products especially sealed product. Defective which does not affect product functionality will be sold as usual but we will inform customer in advance.We are pleased that many customer are very understanding and support Cutetygirl all the way in the business.

 

 

10) Once receive defective goods please take picture of its and email / mms to us FIRST. If we deliver wrong product , we will hold the responsibility to bare for postage fees as  stated in our return policy. If customer had mistakenly order wrong product/size or item. Product can be returned for exchange but customer need to pay for postage fees. However, kindly remind that sealed product  are not allowed to returned once sealed packaging been opened.

 

11) Alteration after make payment are not allowed. It is so hard to find out your parcel if you want to make changes.

 


 



 

12) Please respect seller reputation. We will only correspond to product feedback from customer who had bought the particular product. Cutetygirl website show all bad and good comment. However, disruptive product comments which purposely leaved by non buyer will be deleted directly and refuse future transaction.

 

Refund Notification

Start from 1/5/2009, all balance will automatically credited back to customer cutetygirl account. Please request if refund to bank account is more preferable. Please provide us details such as your bank account number as well as account holder name for mbb/pbb/cimb ONLY. Balance are not allowed to refund together with parcel in cash form to avoid parcel lost. Besides, refund though bank provide us tangible record when submit company income tax. Our contact no is 012-2382660. Please save our contact if possible. Once you receive our miss call or sms regarding product shortage, please response to us in order to proceed your parcel.


Delivery & Shipping

Cutetygirl only sell ready stock. Once payment been done, we will sent out parcel within 2 working days.

Shipping Method:

l  Within west malaysia area

SKYNET courier service used to deliver parcel within west malaysia area. rm5 will be charged for every parcel regardless weight of parcel (except wholesale parcel). Purchase above rm100 are entitled to free postage. However our system will not automatically deduct postage charge from your order. No worry, please leave us a message on website. Our customer service will help you to waive it.

l  To East Malaysia

Delivery to east Malaysia using skynet courier service are more costly. Rm8 are charged for every 500g.Buyers who are not rush to get goods ordered are advised to use pos malaysia.
